During your 3.5 hour tufting experience, you can expect:

• An initiation into the operation of an electric tufting gun, accompanied by a detailed demonstration to impart the artistry of tufting.
  
  
• Access to a diverse array of over 100 colours of yarn, available for selection on the day of your workshop.
  
  
• Dedicated time to expertly tuft your masterpiece.
  
  
• Precision trimming and shaving techniques to add the final touches to your tufting masterpiece.
  
  

Under the guidance of our seasoned tufting professionals, you will depart with a bespoke rug, meticulously crafted by your own hands using a 70x70cm tufting frame.

Please Note:

• Tufting size: The actual rug size will be smaller than 70x70cm. For safety, we need to leave space between the tufting frame and the area where you can start tufting.
  
  
• Design Submission Deadline: Kindly ensure that you send us your design a minimum of 24 hours prior to the commencement of your workshop. For detailed instructions, refer to our guidelines.
  
  
• If you have purchased the Pre-done Image Tracing Service you need to submit and confirm your final design 3 days before your workshop date via email.
  
  
• Extended Time Request: If you require additional time to consult with the shop assistant on the day of the workshop, you may request an extension for your tufting project. Please note that there may be additional charges associated with this.
  
  
• Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid delays, as tufting tutorials are conducted in group sessions. Late arrivals may affect other customers' experiences and delay your own.

Studio Policy for Children (Ages 10-16):

• Children under 10: The tufting gun may be too heavy for younger children. We do not recommend its use by children under 10, but they can assist their parents during the tufting process.
  
  
• Children 10-16: Children in this age range may use the tufting gun under parental supervision.

Important Safety Note: Please do not ingest carpet glue.
