By participating in our tufting workshops or visiting our store, individuals acknowledge and agree that Tuft Crowd shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, accidents, or harm that may occur during the tufting process or while present on the premises. Participants and visitors assume all risks associated with the activity and waive any claims against Tuft Crowd, its employees, or affiliates for any injury, damage, or loss that may arise. We encourage all participants to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided during the workshop or while in the store. By engaging in our activities or visiting our premises, individuals accept full responsibility for their well-being and any potential risks involved.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits for workshop bookings are non-refundable if the customer fails to attend without prior notice. Refunds for deposits are only applicable if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop.
