RUG CARE

Care Instructions

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade rugs, and we encourage you to treat them with utmost care and affection. Hand tufted rugs, in particular, require special attention to ensure their longevity and beauty.

Please keep in mind that our hand tufted rugs are designed for indoor use only. It is essential to avoid placing them in damp areas such as basements, bathrooms, and kitchens. These rugs are sensitive to water, so it's imperative to be cautious with the amount of water you use. Do not soak your rug in any liquids. If by chance, your rug comes into contact with water or any other liquid, promptly blot it dry using a clean cloth on both sides.

When you first receive your hand tufted rug, you may notice some shedding of excess fibers. This is a natural and temporary occurrence and not a reflection of your tufting skills. Over time, this shedding will diminish. To maintain your rug's appearance, we recommend regular vacuuming to remove any loose fibers.

Occasionally, you may come across "sprouting," where loose ends of yarn become visible. Instead of pulling at them, it is best to carefully trim them using a pair of scissors for a neat and seamless finish.

Remember, our hand tufted rugs are crafted with love and care, and with proper attention, they will continue to bring warmth and beauty to your space for years to come.
