On approval we issue a quote. A 50% deposit confirms your order and starts production.
Craft
Studio Custom: tufted in Cape Town. Atelier Bespoke: yarn is custom-spun and the rug hand-tufted at our partner atelier, with optional sample swatch.
Delivery
Final balance, then carefully packed and shipped to your door — locally or worldwide.

Longer because the yarn itself is custom-made to your project — spun, dyed and matched to your palette before tufting even begins. You can request a sample swatch first, then approve full production. The result is a one-of-one piece with depth and longevity you cannot get off the shelf.

Every rug is quoted individually because pricing depends on size, yarn, pile height and density. As a rough guide, Studio Custom 50×50cm starts from our standard fixed-size pricing, while a 2×3m Atelier Bespoke rug in a premium yarn is a meaningful investment piece. Submit the form and we'll come back with a precise quote within 1–2 business days.
Studio Custom is hand-tufted in our Cape Town studio in modified acrylic — fast (2–4 weeks), accessible, ideal for smaller pieces and fixed 50/70/90cm sizes. Atelier Bespoke is our signature service: any size and shape, 12 premium yarns including wool, silk blends, viscose and TENCEL™, with custom-spun yarn matched to your palette. Longer lead time (6–10 weeks) because the yarn itself is made to order.
Yes — for Atelier Bespoke commissions we can produce a small sample swatch in your chosen yarn and colours before full production starts. There is a small additional cost and lead time for the sample, which we'll quote upfront.
Yes. We regularly ship across South Africa and worldwide. Shipping is quoted separately based on size, weight and destination.
Atelier Bespoke has effectively no size limit and supports any shape — rectangular, round, organic, even multi-piece installations. Studio Custom is best suited to smaller pieces with three fixed-price sizes (50, 70, 90cm) and other sizes by quote.
Yes — we work with interior designers, architects, hotels, restaurants and brands. Mention "trade" in your enquiry and we'll send you our trade terms.
